Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just received my credit agreement back from alliance and leicester after my request. Trouble is i do not know what i am ment to look for, yes everything looks in order apart from my 36 installments do not add up to the total, 16 pence out. Do i need to scan and post the agreement for someone who knows what they are looking at?
I will move your thread to the Alliance and Leicester for more assistance. Post up your agreement, after removing personal details, and someone can have a look for you.
Help would be appreciated, just received my agreement back dont know if it is enforceable or not. The 36 payments do not add up to the final total by 16 pence? as for APR do not have a clue if it is calculated correctly.
