    Default passage of time?

    i took out a loan and was misssold PPIicon, it was around 2000/1999 term of 5 years, i managed to pay it off april 2003,

    i applied for the original details off the loan but was told they no longer have them.

    is it to late i thought they would have had to keep they for six years after the loan was paid off in full or are they correct in telling me they no longer have them?

    its with Yorkshire Bankicon.

    When you say you applied for details of Loan did you do it via an S.A.R letter and enclosing the £10 search fee.
