hi
i have signed a broadband contract with a bloke who came to my house for £10 per month. i have not have the contract in my possession as he took it with him
now, from the e-billing service, i was informed that its going up to £16.79 (should have been £17 but some vat reduction i suppose).
The £17 is probably the normal price and you were signed up at a reduction for the first six months.
Have a look at their website and see how much it says there for the service you are getting.
As per the website offer - it would be BBI M at £10 for 6 months and £18 thereafter.
If you have registered for E-Billing then it would reduce this amount by a further £1 totalling £17 per month for the remaining 6 months of the contract.
