Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I should be heading off to the gym, but I can't be asked.
I need to go to the bank, but that means going out and I can't be asked.
There's washing to be done etc... but I can't be asked.
I have a costume to continue, a book to read, etc... It's not as if I had a lack of choices!!! But, and you know what's coming...
Yet, I can't get round to getting my backside in gear, instead, I have been flitting between here and talking nonsense with Painty and Spicey on FB. What kind of a way is this for a grown woman to spend her morning, I ask you?
yep, know how you feel, I have been to the dentist, sorted out Mr Lulas car and now I just want to sleep, I cannot be bothered with anything else, the physio and a mountain of ironing have made my arm really ache !!!
Having a hard time motivating yourself to exercise, could be a “laziness gene” be partly the blame? Why not find some forms of activity which you really enjoy, rather than forcing yourself to continue with an exercise you hate Bookie.
I used to go to the gym a lot, but it got boring after a few weeks. Mind you the gym had some friendly Totty to chat up . .

Well, I'm a happily married woman, or at least a married woman , so totty to be chatted up doesn't count as part of the entertainment, dear Sir. ;-)
I do enjoy it once I'm there, especially the swim now I have a waterproof mp3 player, I can just do lengths with my music and hear nothing else and feel perfectly at peace, and I have to say I am really enjoying feeling some strength returning to my atrophied muscles, lol.
It's the "get out of the house and actually GO to the gym" part which defeats me. I hate the cold, the wet, there is an evilly bitter wind blowing round here today and this morning was grey and dull and that's what gets me down. It's not the laziness gene, it's the depressive one, I think.
Anyway, I ended up starting my Kays claim and writing a scathing letter to Cap1, so it wasn't all wasted. Besides, I fell the other day and my muscles were still really achy so I figure giving it a rest was probably not such a bad things. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
And Bona, believe me, it's nice to be bored once in a while. It means nothing bad is going on in my life and that's a relief.
