Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I assume that when selling insurance products there is certain information that the insurance company must provide you with and guidelines which they must follow in order to avoid a 'miss-selling' claim. Does anyone know if these exist and if so where I could find them.
Obviously I have tried ye olde google but am chasing my tail a bit now.
