I recently sent off the SAR to my bank and am waiting for them to respond - but would like to know a little more about how protracted things can come and what issues could "crop up" to slow the process down.
PPI claims are very differant to bank charges claims in that many things can decide the outcome ive know of claims being settled by just one phone call to claims that have taken months and passed onto the fos as in my case.

My claim is a sound one due to previous medical conditions which the bank know of as ive sent them evidance from my doctor but are still playing hard ball.
