Hi.....Can someone please direct me to a suitable fos template letter to initiate my claim for the refund of PPI premiums taken by Barclaycard.
I have already sent them the first demand for payment stating 'why' I believe the insurance was mis-sold, for which I recieved a standard reply refusing a refund. Then I sent the lba but now that deadline has passed and no response!
Hello - you can phone the fos first and they will take some details over the phone then send you a partially filled in complaint form for you to check and add to and then include all of your evidence the number is
