    Default The N1 form, the defendants address ?

    it says it must be their registered office, so does this mean I cannot put down my local branches address ?

    All communications has primaraly been through my local branch.

    Just give the branch address as it is where the contract was made.

    You want the cas to be heard in your area as well. You can cross out registered address and write branch address in its place.
