Thread: Ukpc Parking Ticket

Hi I wondered if any one can advise me. I have a UKPC parking fine and I have sent all the relevant letters asking them to prove I was the driver of the vehicle that received the parking ticket. I have now received my second solicitor's letter ( FINAL WARNING). Do they have to prove that I was the driver of the vehicle before it goes to court or will they just show up at court and give any evidence they may to the judge without showing me first?

They won't go to court.

You're getting more hastle off them because you replied in the first place. Go back to the "ignore" route.

I'm trying to be positive and ignore them but I'm really scared.

I am totally new to forums. This is the first time I've ever been on one and it's very confusing. What are threads and quotes? Am I replying properly

If no action is taken against me I am going to donate what I would have paid to UKPC to this web site as I think it's important to keep this web site alive for all those desperate people who think they have no where to turn for advice. They say talk is cheap unless you're talking to a solicitor. I'll let you know if I hear any more from the solicitors that have written to me on behalf of UKPC.
