Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
My uncle has had an accident out in the phillipines and for some reason on this occasion he had not taken travel insurance which we are still uncertain as to why and he usually does not go without it.
At this time he is in a hospital paralysed and we are having to find money to send out in order to keep him from quite literally being thrown out of the hospital (we have been told in no uncertain terns that if no money he will be taken to his rented flat and left there until funds are available)
He has UK car insurance and house insurance and we have been told that there might be small print to help assist with the mounting hospital charges - (around about 10k in 19 days) just wondering if anybody has every needed or knows of any such hidden lifelines
