i put in a claim from alliance regarding bank charges, mid 2007, and eventually i started legal proceedings, i had a court date for oct 07 but then the whole of the proceedings got put on hold, for the test case in feb 08. since then i have moved and obviously changed my address on file with my bank. ive since contacted my bank for an update of the status, but to be perfectly honest, it just seems like im being brushed off and really dont trust them anyway. is there anything i can do?? any suggestions??
cheers, i didnt think it would be all sorted, and doubt it will be for a while to come!!! i know im not owed much but its mine!!! will interest be added from the first date, cos obviously ive been waiting for a good year and half, so im guessing that will also be added?
