Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have received back my CCA from Cahoot for the credit card (and flexi loan - see other thread). I posted it off on 9th January 2009 and it was received back 15th January 2009.
I have scanned in the CCA received back for the card... can someone please advise if this is enforceable. I have read the information regarding CCA and struggling to understand the 'prescribed terms' regarding interest rates etc.
It was not an original agreement I received, just a double-sided photocopy.
For further information my account is now with Equidebt not Cahoot.
Any advice, as always, is greatly appreciated.
Thankyou.
