Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
hi, my name is steve i have been lurking in the background and digesting all the relevant posts regarding the Abbey while carrying out my own action against them, to date i have sent the SAR and had the standard letters in return.
like others my SAR has been a shambles with the abbey stalling and going over the 40day limit by @ 20 days now, anyhow i will start my own thread and keep you all (and myself) up to speed with my progress.
If you start your thread in the Abbey forum you will get advice from people ahead of you in the process. Abbey can be awkward at times but there are methods of dealing with this that you will learn about in the Abbey area
Good Luck
BEFORE starting your claim read through the FAQ's and if there's something you aren't sure of then ask.
