Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.

a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I've received paperwork from Black Horse for an old loan paid off in 2004 and included is a lump sum added to the £4.5k loan of £403 and the policy is described as 'Life.'
Now would I be correct in thinking this would only have covered the loan repayment on my death and for nothing else, such as unemployment cover?
Does anybody have the details of this cover?
I was told I had to have this cover despite having life cover with my job at the time-so it would never have paid out anyway!
