    Default Credit agreement received

I sent off my SARicon a few weeks ago and I have now received my Personal Loan Agreement form from Egg. It has a cover sheet explaining the terms and conditions of loan; APR, agreement number, principal loan and PPI. Second page expalind the consumer credit act 1974 and my signatureicon confirming agreement.

Im now not sure what to do if I want to challenge the PPI? How do I now proceed?

    Hello,

I have had a look at the link and it clearly explains that my credit agreement is unenforceable as it does not set out the PPIicon and the Loan as 2 seperate agreements. With that in mind I want to challenge this loan, can you advise me what I need to do?

Thanks for your help so far
