Default Is Claiming from hfc the same as claiming from the credit card?

    Hi

We got a small finance agreement with hfc via pc world

i stopped paying DD last yr when we had a switch in bank, and i just called every few month to pay a small lump sum (enough to cover the next 3 month+ a little more) as i was not impressed at having to pay £1 each payment when the initial payments were only £7
Anyway kept getting letters and i thought its ok, cos im paid in advance, i called a few days ago for a Breakdownicon as i was thinking it will be about paid,
and was told i owe almost as much as i started so i asked for a full breakdown in print. I received it today.
Over the last 12 month they have managed to add on £235 worth of fees 2x£50 default and 9x£15 adminicon fees

So where do i start here? i have claimed some money back from my credit card but im not sure if this is the same rules. Also i have noticed some people are requesting the credit agreement, why is this and do i have to do it?

Thanks in advance for your help

you certainly don't need to CCA to reclaim charges

as for if 'loans' are stayed as with banks , they are not

you signed a credit agreement with them, off you go follow the normal route as before, though i bet they wriggle!!
