As stated before the credit card company didnt comply with the data protection request however the current acc did, after 40 days filed a non complaince off the court, only then did the alliance responnd payin court costs and so forth and claiming they had no record of the request after pointin them in the right direction( idiots) they conceeded and said they would send the information and stated the 40 day ruling, do i push them to deliver sooner or are they entitled to the 40 days thus has been goin on since the 31st march
