Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Filed my money Claim online on 17th July and have today received a 'Notice of Acknowledgment of Service has been filed' form from the court. Attached to it is an 'Acknowledgment of Service' that A&L have completed (signed J A McGuirk Defendant's solicitor), the box no.1 has been ticked saying that 'I intend to defend all of this claim'. Is this normal? Has it happened before? Any advice or help most welcome!
