1. I sent letter one asking for statments -RBS posted within 30 days
2. Posted my £10 for the SAR - Re. RBS letter asking for £10 SAR
3. sent letter two - asking for my money - RBS requested Breakdown of unfair fees
4. Sent full detailed list - RBS claimed they were fair and see me in court
5. Told to claim at registered office - went to www.moneyclaim.gov.uk cannot cliam against address in scotland
currently stuck and reviewing my options
i.e
what from the fees above do i claim
should i claim under 5k
how to claim against scottish company
should I add an extra 8%
obvisouly not all of the interest can be attributed to these bank charges
will keep you all informed and if anyone has any help with what i should do next greatly appreciated
