Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
The internet runs though the cable box rather than the phone line (I think). However, I would double check. I have broadband with Sky, but I have to have an outgoing phone line to maintain my internet connection.
we are trying to save some money and i was wondering if i have my home phone (ntl) on incoming calls only will we still have access to the internet ?
thanks everyone
Hi jack1966, VM cable works without a phoneline, VM ADSL needs an active phoneline, however there are no call charges other than your line & ADSL rental.
Only VM dial-up would conflict if you were blocking out-going calls.
To answer your question: Yes you would still have internet access.
