Hi,
I ordered a sofa from land of leather on 26/12/08.
I took advantage of their 0% Finance for a year through 3rd party finance company Creation Consumer Finance.
Land of Leather have now gone into administration and I am now concerned that I will not receive the ordered sofa but may still be liable to pay the finance as it is from a third party credit company.
(The finance was taken out in a Land of Leather shop)
I'm not sure where i stand and am looking for some advice.

The finance agreement only kicks in once Creation receive confirmation that the goods have been delivered, so don't worry.
How does that work if the goods received are faulty? ie if the customer has advised Land of Leather that they are not accepted, the goods are still at my house because they didn't arrange to collect/replace before administration.
