Default SARS from barclaycard incomplete..what now?

Hello out there.... Just a quickie if someone would quickly give some advice. I've sent my SARS to barclaycard and received the requested statements from present day till 10/02/02. The two card accounts were opened 04/08/93 and PPIicon insurance was applied from the beginning.... even though my husband is self employed and cannot claim on this insurance! Anyway they are saying that they have sent all the information that they hold but obviously I'm missing statements from 1993-2002. What can I do to get hold of these statements? Or do they no longer exist? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hello again... could anyone suggest whether this is the sort of letter I should send to Barclaysicon. I've searched the forums and can't find any information on how to get bank statements going back more than 6 yearsicon? If they say no or say they don't have them can I go to the FSA? Would that be the next step and if so shall I state at the end of my letter that I'll be approaching the FSA....

    Dear XXXXXXX,
    Re Account No: XXXXXXXX

I wrote to you last year, letter dated 05/11/08, requesting various documents relating to these card accounts. Unfortunately you have not sent all the information that I requested. I have not received a copy of the terms and conditionsicon of the credit cards, both current and any that were in place at the time I took out the cards. I also requested and did not receive the terms and conditionsicon relating to the payment protection insurance on these accounts and any exclusion clauses within this policy. I also did not receive a copy of any documentation to show that Barclays went through the suitability of the insurance policy in relation to myself and my needs. Most urgently though I did not receive the full history of statements going back to when the cards were issued in August 1993. I have only received statements back till February 2002. I am disappointed that I have had to write for a second time to receive all the documents that I requested and look forward to your rapid response.

    Yours sincerely,
