Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have had my car on finance with black horse for 5 months but it is impractical now as im pregnant, someone did tell me i could voluntry terminate the contract but is it at all possible to keep an agreement and change the car for another?
You need to talk to the HP company; you cant VT untill 50% paid off. so you can pay this up front then VT.
You may with their agreement sell it or PX the car to a dealer who will pay off the hp and take out a new one on the new car but in effect you will be paying twice; not agood deal.
The car belongs to the HP co. so whatever you are thinking of doing you must consult them.
