HELP i got a reply but confused

I am really confussed with a reply to my lba icon

letter i sent the letter along with the charges im wanting back and that i was gonna make an official complaint and the reply ive got says;

we acknowledge your complaint and believe your complaint concerns the level of fairness or lawfulness of the charges.
it goes on and on about there agreement with the FSA and have atatched a customer financial statement for me to sign and fill for them to review our overall financial position

i am really

as where does this leave me with my claim..its like they just ignoring it?

As Scott says just stick to your timescale ......... what you have been sent is their standard response since the start of the OFT case
