    Default halifax 1 card

    I have just transfered the balance on my Halifaxicon 1 card after using the interesticon free period, I did this before the payment due date. but when I received my last statement I had been charged interest I contacted their customer services who informed me that you have to pay the full amount on your balance for two consecutive months to avoid interest.
    I have never heard of this before on interest free deals is this now the norm for card companies

    I would ask them to point out where it says this and also ask why is this not made clear to customers.








    Or do they make up the rules as they go along
