Now i got my credit card in 2004 i think and i tried to cancel the PPI in 2005 and the sales person basically refused to do it and said i'd be silly it would cost me more to cancel it
I wrote the standard letter and got a flat:
1) you requested it of you application form (erm applied over the phone)
2) received a full Policy document with t&C
3) had a 30 day cooling off period - wasn't told about this i'm sure
What letter can i write now? they were fined for mis-selling
