Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have a question.
Having recently been made redundant. I applied for contribution based jobseekers and was told I was NOT entitled as I have a small pension paid to me. I was under the impression that CBJA was paid on NI contributions ONLY. Anybody help with this please?
They can reduce or refuse contribution based Jobseekers allowance if you receive a pension. You still have a right of appeal against the decision though if you feel it is wrong.
