Red face About to make money claim

I am in the process of making a claim but I am stuck at the 'Particulars of Claim' section, is there any standard templates that I can use to fill in this section? or does anyone have any ideas as to what I can put into this section, after the last reply from Nationwideicon I am desperate to make a claim. Also does what is the solicitors cost? And does the claim include any issues under the Human Rights Act?

To be honest I am beginning to panic, nerves, etc.....

    Hi There

There is a section in this forum that gives you asisstance for the wording to include in you claim. I too struggled with this bit but eventually found someting. I will try and find the link for you. I filed my claim on the 17th with MoneyClaim so good luck it is straight forward.

    Hiya,

Here's the link for the bit you are looking for.

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...oneyclaim.html

It's just a guide though. Don't do what I did and just copy and paste it in the box! You need to adjust it a bit.

Unless you have hired a solicitor there are no costs, and the Human Rights Act thing is No.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for you kind support I have found that I have missed out the following info in my claim:

Lay out your calculation - don't forget that if the banks have been charging you interest on these charges because you were in overdrafticon then you should include a figure for this as well.
Do the s.69 county courts act interest statement plus calculate that on the lot incouding on their interest that they have deducted from you.
I now have to contact MCOL to rectify and probably pay £35 to make amendments

When it says "lay out your calculation", is it ok to just state the total amount of charges or do i need to add up all the individual charges? I am not claiming interesticon so dont need to make any calculations for interest, so should i just state the total amount for charges?
