    Default B100 v HFC again...

    In addition to my other HFC thread...

    I have another card with HFC.

    Sent CCA request in October... no reply.

    Sent Account in Dispute letter in November ... still nothing...

    All quiet

    They do keep sending the usual monthly statement / bill though.

    Not sure where to go with this? Do I sit back and wait for them to do something?

    Hi SB100- are they putting charges and interesticon on your statements? I would be inclined to sit tight until they give you your agreement if it was me.

    Yep, still charging interesticon etc- but no letters or anything. Strangely I don't think I've had any 'default sums' letters though... will have to check if they've been charging late and overlimit fees.
