Already stumbling. Unsure where to send my request asking for details from past bank statements so I can begin my claim. Tried to find out by putting in details of bank into the search database, got nowhere. Can I write directly to the bank for copies of past statements or does my request need to go to the Data Controller for my bank, the details of which I cannot find.
