i have an account with a&l and where i use to live i went over drawn and then when i moved to lincolnshire i forgot about that account and they just pilled on loads of bank chagres on it with out letting me know, i then get letters from credit resources solutions saying how i owe a&l money ect, so i write back explaing i know nothing of this amount of oweing so could thjey send me some information on it, and i got a load of statements on it, and its all full of bank changes,
i went into a&l a few weeks ago and they put me threw on the ohone and they said there not dealing with my account anymore and transfered me thjrew to the people who are dealing with the account but it was engaged, and said a&l are no longer dealing with the account, so really dont know what to do, i wud be very grateful of any help
help, bank charges on my account, what do i do??
