I am in the process of filling out the Subject Action Request form but have noticed that it requests my account details. The 3 loans I had PPI on were taken out 2003 and 2 in 2004 and I cannot find any paper work with this information on. I do have all my bank statements that show the payment amounts and the companies that have requested payment but, I'm not sure this will be sufficient evidence for the SAR.
Basically if I provide details regards my address when I took the loan out, the values of the loan and details of the payment amounts would this suffice? If not how can I obtain the account details/agreement numbers?
