    Default Account details

    Hello,

I am in the process of filling out the Subject Action Request form but have noticed that it requests my account details. The 3 loans I had PPIicon on were taken out 2003 and 2 in 2004 and I cannot find any paper work with this information on. I do have all my bank statements that show the payment amounts and the companies that have requested payment but, I'm not sure this will be sufficient evidence for the SARicon.

Basically if I provide details regards my address when I took the loan out, the values of the loan and details of the payment amounts would this suffice? If not how can I obtain the account details/agreement numbers?

    Many Thanks

I have a couple of questions firstly

Who are the loans with? and are they with your own bank?
If they are different who is you own bank?

assist maroondevo's advice on how to find out the information on your account numbers etc;-)

PS Is this tied into you Eggicon loan thread in this forum?

I have no legal training and the advice I offer is a matter of support. Before you commit to any Legal action you are advised to contact a qualified legal practitioner.

Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.
