Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Anyone else feel that their 110bhp diesel Picasso does not have brakes in keeping with cars performance? This is my second 110Pic and the problem was obviously not just with first car. Friend has old 1.6 petrol Pic and brakes feel perfectly adequate. What compounds the problem, is that I am size 10 boot. When trying to brake in a hurry, foot also hits gas pedal which drastically reduces brake efficiency.
Also problem with amount and temperature of air going to drivers footwell. Old petrol Pic has excellent foot heating abilities, but diesels seem to have to run for miles before reasonable amount of heat available. I notice this problem more than many people as I suffer poor circulation in feet,.
Any sound practical help greatly appreciated.
