Alan Carr was an interesting read, but I couldn't cope with the withdrawal symptoms, so I only lasted one day.
This time, I'm going to try hypnotherapy in the new year. Alan Carr gave up this way, so maybe, just maybe, it'll work. Has anyone else tried this, and if so, how did you do?
