The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

This is my first thread...so be gentle.
Just before Christmas I received a ticket for parking. The space I parked in has no clear parking bay markings. I have been told by a parking attendant recently that if a ticket is issued without parking bay markings it is illegal and can be disputed and overturned.

I disputed it and Leeds City Council has advised that the ticket is valid and requires payment.

I have photographic evidence of my parking without any markings.

Can anyone tell me what the law is around this and if I can further the appeal?

Thank you.
Re: Parking Fine Received But No Bay Markings (Leeds)
Post all your documents and get rid of anything on them which will identify you.
If you have pics, post them on here, and explain if this parking bay was in an off road car park or on the highway.
You also need to show any lines and signs at the location of the so called infringment.
Leeds City council have big problems with the lines and signs, and will say owt to get your brass.
