Hello! First of all, as a new member I wanted to say thanks to all those who have put so much information on here. I'm pretty clear now on how to request CCAs and will do so as soon as possible.
I know that I can think more about whether those agreements are enforcable or not if and when I receive them, but I have a question specifically about credit cards.
Two of my credit cards were taken out about 10 years ago. Since then, at various points the credit limits on those cards were upped without any application from me and without the banks doing an income / expenditure review with me. I'm sure I read / heard recently that this could invalidate my agreements on those cards. After all, if I didn't sign for those credit limits how can they be enforcable?
