Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
i have tried to obtain my application form and PPI details from citi but they wont comply at all
have sent the data protection request, taken them to court for non compliance, issued another series of threats to take them to court but they refuse to supply the relevant information.
does anybody know if i can do a court case using a few different options
ie saying it was pre selected, saying i was self employed etc as i cannot remember how i applied for the card.
any help would be usefull.
i got judgement against citi for non compliance and then they settled the case but i didnt get what was needed.
i think citi are using every delaying tatic.
If they have failed to comply with a CCJ then you could make an application to the court for a hearing at which the court may make on order for immediate compliance failing which there would be held in contempt & risk prison or a large fine or both
