Hi 'Came across a new 'problem' or 'challenge' if you like, the other day. I was extolling the virtues of this site to someone who works for me. It became painfully apparent that he couldn't read or write very well. He had also been hit with massive crippling bank charges which left him with no money at all for food or bills or anything-they emptied his account of wages etc. Is there any way we can help people who are immediately disadvantaged by the fact that they are unable to read or write and can't access, so can't use, this fantastic site to their advantage. Anyone have any ideas on how we can spread the message to those who are effectively illiterate?
