Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I read these forums with great interest and think I know the answer to my question but will ask it.
I received a ticket from these idiots for parking on a double yellow line, I understand a double yellow has no meaning on private land and there were no signs visible as I parked at aprox 10pm and got back to car about 8am due to not wanting to drink and drive.
I have received a letter can you just pass views and see if, as I intend to do is just ignore it and if they send me another letter will just tell them to save their postage and the environment and take me straight to court.
Thank you
