You've posted a GE Capital thread under Capital One. Don't take this the wrong way, but you do know that GE Capital are completely different to Capital One and have nothing what so ever to do with each other?
Capital One = credit card company/bank with silly ads on TV.
GE Capital = the bank that provides most store cards.
