Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am hoping to start the process of claiming charges back on my Egg card (visa) and egg money card (mastercard). I am assuming that these claims are unaffected by the oft case. I would appreciate a little guidance please. I have been searching through the site for a plan of action for credit card claims and have only found one for bank charges. If someone could post the relevant link, I would be very grateful.
Welcome to CAG. Sorry for the late reply, only just noticed your thread.
Credit card charges are completely unaffected by teh OFT case. If you want a 'recipe' look at my Goldfish thread -linked in my signature. I did that as a guide.
