Parking ticket for parking on a side street slightly on the kerb
Yesterday I was among around 6 cars to get a fixed penalty notice for parking on the kerb. It was a small sidestreet and I received it as described as "drive on footpath". There where understandably cars that had parked on a footpath fully. but mine wasn't even borderline inconsiderate to pedestrians nor road users. The footpath doesnt even lead to anywhere. Can I appeal this?
