Newbie Lloyds TSB Business from 1998 (Have statements)
Hi everyone.
I have had 2 business accounts (sole trader) with Lloyds TSB since 1998.
Wondered if anyone can give any advice as to wether it is worth pursuing a claim as I have read quite a few posts but some seem to have conflicting advice.
I have still got most of the statements.
Any advice welcome.
Welcome to the site.
If you have read a little then you will have seen where we are up to.
I think it would be a good idea to post in the Business bank thread. The fact that you have got all your statements is a great start.
As a business claimant myself and also a Cagger I can tell you that this is undoubtably the best site in the whole reclaims scene for advice on business claims-because its always been a focus.
Photoman is credited with a lot of work and created the business forums. No doubt he will answer any of your questions, along with others who have claims ongoing.
I will move your thread there and retitle.

Hiya
Please see below a copy of a reply from Lloyds that my business partner and I received. We sent a Letter Before Claim on 1st May (based upon the argument that Smith and the Appeal Judges said that not paying a Relevant Instruction = no service etc etc)
It may give you an idea of where Lloyds are coming from in relation to business claims at the moment.
