I heard about this site from Martin Lewis MoneySaver Letter. But I first tried my own letter to Lloyds TSB and have had 2 letters back saying we are not going to refund any money.
So now I will read FAQ then start sending your tenplate letters and see what happens.

Have a read around the Lloyds TSB forum and start your own thread in there, that way people can keep an eye on your progress and offer any advice should you need it.
