Sent data protection letter to the woolwich on the 3/7/06. Got a reply back on the 10/7/06 saying they were concerned art my request and would look into it with a response by the 4/8/2006. They also said on this instance they would supply statements free and refunded my £10 payment.
Will keep you all infiormed of new correspondances.
As a futher notee have had no reply so far from the Royal Bank of Scotland to date!! it was sent same day as the above
