Hi My first post here. I just wondered if anyone has mentioned or had an experience of Pitney Bowes Ltd as a company who charge penalty fees on their postage meter invoices?
They charge £20 if you pay their invoices later than 30 days plus added interest. I mentioned to one of their Reps today that I believed that it was illegal to charge these fees (don't know if I was right) and he told me it was perfectly legal.
Anyone know if this would fall into the same category as Bank and Credit Card fees? I believe it would as £20 surely couldn't reflect Pitney Bowes costs.
