The ticket states I was "Parked in a resticted street during prescribed hours (Code 01)" however I do not believe this to be an actual street. The ticket states the street name which is at the end of the Alley way

Who issued the ticket? If it is a Council or TFL then they will authority to do so providing they meet certain conditions.

If it's private land, it will have been issued by a private company and needs to be handled differently.

If you post a copy of the message up it will help us offer the correct advice. (Make sure you remove identifying details name, address, date and time and serial numbers )
