No response from Monument to my rejection letter - Court forms filled out today will issue them tomorrow.

It's funny that Barclaycard just paid out where as Monument, despite offering to pay 50% of the charges back, have not responded. Maybe it's worth a phone callicon today. They've even failed to respond to my CCA request too??? Both letters were sent by recorded delivery.

    Hi D'sP's,

You could File at court if you want - this will secure you the 8% s.69 interesticon.

Or, if you're feeling kind, call them and see if they want to repay in the next couple of days or THEN you'll file.

About to file my N1 but need to confirm Monuments registered address as my SARicon and Prelim letter was sent to

The Portland Building. 25 High Street, Crawley. West Sussex. RH10 1BG

But responses after that came from:

Monument Customer Relations. 51 Saffron Road, Leicester. LE18 4US

    Anyone have/know the registered address??

You should first check the proper name of the company you need to sue and use their Registered Office.

Eg Barclaycard have to be named as Barclaysicon Bank PLC t/a Barclaycard and you'd use their London Registered Office at Churchill Place.

Check on your last statement who is shown and at what address. I've searched on Google and see that BC sold Monument to Compucredit (last year?).

It's v important you check and get this right as they can deny receiving the claim if it goes to the wrong addy.

Hence asking for info on the correct address

Checked last statement and there's the line:

Monument is a trading name of R. Raphael & Sons PLC. R. Raphael & Sons PLC is registered in England, registered No. 1288938. Registered Office: Albany Court Yard 47-48, Piccadilly, London W1J 9LR.

    I'm assuming that's the address?
