Hi all.
I've bought Logitech X-540 Speakers in comet 1,5 weeks ago for 39.14 pounds.
But their not compatible with my sound card in my pc, so I have a question.
Can I return them and get a refund ??
PS (I don't have the plastic bags that satelites were in as I thrown it in the bin when I unpacked the speakers.)

As far as I'm aware you can as long as they are unused and in the same condition they were when you bought them, or fauty. Or if you described your soundcard to them, and they advised you to buy those then they have been missold and can also be returned.
Other then that I believe it's upto the goodwill of the store if nothing is wrong with them and packaging is missing. But don't quote me on this because I'm not 100% sure from a legal viewpoint.
Tell them you've bought the wrong ones and they may give you a refund or store credit, but they're not obliged to do either.
