Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
This is my first post so be gentle with me. I received a parking tickets from central ticketing in september. I was parked at the tesco site longer than the allowed time. However this was because I was taken ill whilst shopping and was not really fit to drive my car safely. I wrote to central ticketing to explain this and appeal the ticket. I heard nothing back from them so I assumed that was the end of it. Today I received a demand from a company called Commercial Collection Services demanding £143 by Friday or they will raise a court action against me. What should I do?
